本应用完全免费，不通过 Shopify 向商家收取任何费用。JS Express Shipping 本身不收取订阅费、安装费或订单处理费。使用本应用需要您自备一个有效的 JSEXP 账户和 API Key，实际的物流服务费用由 JSEXP 直接向您收取，与 Shopify 无关。

This app is completely free of charge and collects no fees from merchants through Shopify. JS Express Shipping itself charges no subscription fee, installation fee, or order processing fee. Using this app requires your own active JSEXP account and API Key. Actual shipping service fees are collected by JSEXP directly from you and are unrelated to Shopify.

一、费用构成1. Cost Structure

  • 应用安装与使用：免费。不通过 Shopify 开具任何账单。App installation and usage: free. No billing is issued through Shopify.
  • JSEXP 账户与 API Key：由 JSEXP 提供，用于连接您的物流账户。JSEXP account and API Key: provided by JSEXP to connect your shipping account.
  • 物流服务费（运费、面单等）：由 JSEXP 按您的账户协议直接收取，账单与发票均由 JSEXP 出具。Logistics service fees (freight, shipping labels, etc.): collected directly by JSEXP under your account agreement; all statements and invoices are issued by JSEXP.

物流服务范围、计费标准、汇率与税费均由 JSEXP 决定，可能随市场情况调整。具体价格请以 JSEXP 在合作时向您提供的报价或协议为准。

The scope of logistics services, pricing standards, exchange rates, and taxes are determined by JSEXP and may be adjusted in line with market conditions. Please refer to the quotation or agreement provided by JSEXP for actual prices.

二、为什么本应用不在 Shopify 内计费2. Why This App Does Not Bill Through Shopify

Shopify 要求上架 App Store 的应用，凡向商家收取费用，原则上必须使用 Shopify App Pricing 或 Shopify Billing API。但本应用的全部收费行为（物流服务费）发生在 JSEXP 与商家之间，Shopify 并非收费方，因此不适用该要求。

Shopify requires that apps listed in the App Store use Shopify App Pricing or the Shopify Billing API in principle whenever they charge merchants. However, all charges associated with this app (logistics service fees) occur between JSEXP and the merchant; Shopify is not a party to those charges, so this requirement does not apply.

本应用的功能仅限在 Shopify 后台内为商家创建物流面单并回写运单号，所有费用结算均在 JSEXP 侧完成，不会出现向商家收取应用使用费的情形。

This app only creates shipping labels for merchants within the Shopify admin and writes tracking numbers back to orders. All fee settlement is completed on the JSEXP side, and no app usage fee is ever charged to merchants.

三、如何开通服务3. How to Get Started

  1. 联系 JSEXP 开通物流账户，并获取对应的 API Key。Contact JSEXP to open a shipping account and obtain the corresponding API Key.
  2. 进入 Shopify 后台 → JS Express Shipping，填入 API Key 完成账户连接，即可读取您账户下的可用仓库与物流渠道。In the Shopify admin, go to JS Express Shipping and enter your API Key to connect your account. The app will then load the warehouses and shipping channels available to your account.
  3. 同步最近的 Shopify 订单，填写预估包裹重量，选择符合条件的订单后单个或批量创建 JSEXP 物流运单。运单号会自动保存到对应订单记录中。Sync your recent Shopify orders, enter the estimated parcel weight, then select eligible orders and create JSEXP shipping labels individually or in bulk. Tracking numbers are saved automatically to the corresponding order records.
  4. 产生的物流费用按您与 JSEXP 约定的账期与方式结算。Any logistics fees incurred are settled according to the billing cycle and payment method agreed between you and JSEXP.

四、退款政策4. Refund Policy

应用本身免费，不存在应用订阅的退款问题。已产生物流服务费的退款、赔付与争议，请依据您与 JSEXP 签订的服务协议向 JSEXP 提出。我们会在能力范围内协助您跟进处理。

The app itself is free, so there is no app subscription to refund. For refunds, compensation, or disputes concerning logistics service fees already incurred, please raise them with JSEXP under the service agreement you signed with JSEXP. We will assist you in following up to the extent we are able.
