JS Express Shipping（以下简称“本应用”）为 Shopify 商家提供订单同步和物流运单创建服务。本政策说明我们如何处理您在使用本应用时提供或产生的信息。

JS Express Shipping (the “App”) provides order synchronization and shipping label creation services for Shopify merchants. This policy explains how we handle the information you provide or that is generated when you use the App.

一、我们收集的信息1. Information We Collect

为提供服务，我们可能处理以下信息：

To provide our services, we may process the following information:

  • 店铺信息：Shopify 店铺域名、店铺名称、店铺邮箱、货币信息及店铺标识。Store information: Shopify store domain, store name, store email, currency, and store identifier.
  • 订单信息：订单编号、订单状态、下单时间、订单金额和币种。Order information: order number, order status, order time, order amount, and currency.
  • 商品信息：商品名称、SKU、数量、单价和重量。Product information: product name, SKU, quantity, unit price, and weight.
  • 配送信息：收件人姓名、电话以及收货地址（国家、省/州、城市、邮编和详细地址）。Shipping information: recipient name, phone number, and delivery address (country, province/state, city, postal code, and street address).
  • 授权信息：Shopify OAuth 会话和访问令牌，用于验证店铺授权。Authorization information: the Shopify OAuth session and access token used to verify store authorization.
  • 物流配置：商家主动填写的 JSEXP API Key，仅用于调用物流服务。Logistics configuration: the JSEXP API Key entered by the merchant, used solely to call the logistics service.

二、信息的使用方式2. How We Use Information

  • 同步、展示和管理 Shopify 订单及商品信息。Synchronizing, displaying, and managing Shopify orders and product information.
  • 根据商家选择的仓库和物流渠道创建 JSEXP 运单。Creating JSEXP shipping labels based on the warehouse and shipping channel selected by the merchant.
  • 保存并展示物流服务返回的运单号和处理状态。Storing and displaying the tracking numbers and processing status returned by the logistics service.
  • 完成应用安装、身份验证、权限管理、安全审计和故障排查。Completing app installation, authentication, permission management, security auditing, and troubleshooting.

我们不会将个人信息出售给广告商，也不会将其用于与上述服务无关的个性化广告。

We do not sell personal information to advertisers, nor do we use it for personalized advertising unrelated to the services described above.

三、信息共享与第三方服务3. Information Sharing and Third-Party Services

本应用会在提供服务所必需的范围内与 Shopify 及 JSEXP 物流服务共享或传输相关信息。发送给 JSEXP 的数据仅用于创建和处理物流运单。除法律要求、保护服务安全或执行本政策外，我们不会向其他第三方披露您的信息。

The App shares or transmits relevant information with Shopify and the JSEXP logistics service to the extent necessary to provide the service. Data sent to JSEXP is used only to create and process shipping labels. We do not disclose your information to other third parties except where required by law, to protect the security of the service, or to enforce this policy.

四、保存期限与删除4. Retention and Deletion

信息会在店铺授权有效期内及完成订单和物流服务所需期间保存。店铺卸载、收到有效删除请求或不再需要相关信息时，我们会按照 Shopify 的合规要求处理删除或匿名化。

Information is retained for the duration of the store authorization and for as long as needed to complete orders and logistics services. When a store is uninstalled, a valid deletion request is received, or the information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with Shopify's compliance requirements.

本应用通过 Shopify 合规 Webhook 处理客户数据请求、客户数据删除和店铺数据删除。店铺删除请求会清理对应的授权会话、店铺记录、订单记录及应用保存的物流配置。

The App handles customer data requests, customer data deletion, and shop data deletion through Shopify compliance webhooks. A shop deletion request clears the corresponding authorization session, store record, order records, and the logistics configuration stored by the App.

五、安全措施5. Security Measures

我们使用 HTTPS 传输数据，并在服务端保存物流 API Key，不在浏览器端公开。生产环境默认关闭详细请求日志，以减少敏感数据写入日志的风险。尽管如此，任何互联网传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。

We transmit data over HTTPS and store the logistics API Key on the server side, never exposing it in the browser. Detailed request logging is disabled by default in production to reduce the risk of sensitive data being written to logs. Nevertheless, no method of transmission over the internet or method of storage can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

六、Cookie 与会话6. Cookies and Sessions

本应用使用必要的会话 Cookie 和 Shopify OAuth 会话来维持登录状态、验证请求和保护应用安全，不使用非必要的广告跟踪 Cookie。

The App uses essential session cookies and the Shopify OAuth session to maintain login state, verify requests, and protect app security. It does not use non-essential advertising or tracking cookies.

七、儿童隐私7. Children's Privacy

本应用面向 Shopify 商家，不针对 13 岁以下儿童提供服务，也不会故意收集儿童信息。

The App is intended for Shopify merchants, does not offer services to children under 13, and does not knowingly collect information from children.

八、政策更新8. Policy Updates

我们可能根据服务或法律变化更新本政策。更新后的版本会发布在本页面，并从页面标注的生效日期起生效。

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Updated versions will be published on this page and take effect from the effective date shown on the page.
